We begin 2026 under a rare and intense triple conjunction of the Sun, Mars, and Venus. It feels like an apt sky for new beginnings, geopolitical tremors, and philosophical returns to first principles. This week brings a new Proclus video, an astrological analysis of unfolding world events, and the start of my summer course at the University of Brasília.

A new installment in the Proclus on the Earth series. In this video, I introduce Proclus’ notion of the Soul of the Earth, clarifying the Platonist understanding of psyche as an inner, active life principle that produces visible change and motion in living beings.

I read these events through the lens of the ongoing Sun–Mars–Venus conjunction in Capricorn, and point to dates where further developments may crystallize.
